In the first module, you’ll identify a goal that truly matters to you, and explore the external influences that may be shaping your perceptions, fears, and expectations around it. You’ll learn how to separate your own desires from conditioning and anchor into your authentic self as you move forward.
From there, you’ll break your goal into six intentional micro-actions - one for each week of the program - so you’re not just learning, but actively transforming how you show up in your daily life.

Master Your Mind With Meditation & My Signature Practice
Through guided meditation and my signature awareness practice, you’ll learn to observe your thoughts rather than unconsciously reacting to them.
You’ll begin recognizing the difference between conditioned patterns and your true self, using a simple, repeatable method to gently interrupt mental loops and return to your center.
- Learn to Regulate Your Nervous System
Authenticity is difficult when your nervous system is stuck in protection mode. In this module you'll learn tools to regulate stress responses, recognize emotional triggers, and create safety within your body. This allows you to move through discomfort without shutting down, over-performing, or abandoning yourself.

Understand Triggers, Projections, and Difficult Emotions
Many of the reactions that shape our relationships come from unconscious emotional patterns. Instead of avoiding difficult emotions, you’ll learn how to work with them as information and catalysts for growth.
As you build this awareness, you create space between the trigger and your response - allowing you to show up more intentionally and authentically. -
Explore Shadow Work, Archetypes, and Persona Masks
This module explores the deeper psychological patterns that shape identity. Learn how to identify the masks you use to navigate the world, uncover shadow traits that may lead to sabotage or performance, explore the archetypes influencing your behavior and decision-making.

Week 5: Shadow, Persona Masks, and Archetypes
Learn the masks and archetypes that keep you stuck in performance, and hiding authentic parts of yourself. Free yourself from self-sabotage in relationships and work, and step fully into who you truly are.
Week 6: Embracing Authenticity
